01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and bag99 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bag99 platform at bag99.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products offered on the bag99 platform, including sports betting, live casino, casino games (slots, table games, video poker), and any promotional or bonus offers. They are supplemented by specific product rules and bonus terms that apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

02Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

03Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use bag99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bag99 does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing bag99.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bag99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be under self-exclusion from bag99 or any related platform, or subject to any account suspension, restriction, or ban imposed by bag99 at any prior time.

04Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of bag99, including deposits, games, and betting, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, current, and complete, and that you will update your information promptly if it changes.

Registration Requirements

• Each player may register only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number is used for OTP-based account verification and login security. It must be a number to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• You must select a password that is unique to your bag99 account. Do not reuse passwords from other accounts or services. Your password must meet bag99's minimum complexity requirements as displayed during registration.
• bag99 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or bonus funds held therein to any third party.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person, including bag99 staff. bag99 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or any other channel.
• Notify bag99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Log out fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. bag99's automatic session timeout does not substitute for manual logout on shared devices.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

bag99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the platform. All financial transactions are subject to the terms set out in this section and any supplemental cashier terms published on the platform.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• bag99 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile banking operator or issuing bank are outside bag99's control and are your responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bag99 reserves the right to amend these limits from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a person other than the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned to source.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with bag99's same-source withdrawal policy. This policy protects players from fraud and ensures funds return to accounts the player controls.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. bag99 may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Pending withdrawals may be reversed to the account balance at the player's request, provided the funds have not yet been disbursed. Once disbursed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• bag99 processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes published in the cashier. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

06Bonuses and Promotions

bag99 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be used before real-money funds. Winnings derived from bonus funds are held as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to withdrawable real money.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring or reload promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• bag99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or used as payment for any purpose outside the bag99 platform.

bag99 reserves the right to decline or withhold a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of strategy designed to exploit the terms of an offer rather than to participate in normal entertainment gameplay.

07Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino betting activity on bag99. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket-specific settlement rules, live betting rules, game-specific rules for casino titles) are published separately and supplement these general rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after it has been accepted by the bag99 system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, bag99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bag99's settlement decision is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by the relevant game provider. bag99 does not control or influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as published by the game provider.

Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per withdrawal period may apply. These limits are published in the relevant product rules and in the cashier. bag99 reserves the right to apply payout limits in order to manage financial exposure.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bag99 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct transactions that are in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Registering using false personal information, a stolen identity, or a third party's payment credentials.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, databases, APIs, or security systems.

09Account Suspension and Termination

bag99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Where bag99 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Where a player fails to complete KYC or age verification within the timeframe specified by bag99.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.
• Where bag99 is required to act by applicable law, a court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the same-source payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked winnings are not returned upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms.

10Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the bag99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audio-visual elements — are and shall remain the exclusive property of bag99 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any ownership interest or licence in bag99's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or software from the bag99 platform without bag99's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bag99's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bag99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to bag99 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bag99 shall not be liable in any circumstances for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Loss of data or corruption of data, including account history, bet records, or transaction logs.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including losses resulting from network interruptions, platform downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional descriptions, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice.

12Responsible Gaming

bag99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not intended as a source of income. bag99 operates a 21+ only policy and makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all players from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount a player may deposit into their account.
• Session time limits: automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play, configurable by the player.
• Cool-off periods: a temporary suspension of account access for a period chosen by the player, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: a permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from the platform, requested via account settings or by contacting bag99 support. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

13Privacy and Data Protection

bag99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this site and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to bag99's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bag99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. bag99 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the delivery of platform services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations.

14Amendments to These Terms

bag99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bag99 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bag99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bag99 support.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bag99's operating jurisdiction. bag99 does not make representations about the lawfulness of accessing its platform from any specific jurisdiction, and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and bag99, the Player should contact bag99 support in the first instance. bag99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated in accordance with bag99's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from support.
